I am a fully qualified, insured hypnotherapist and counsellor. I have been practicing since 2005. Drawing on over 18 years of experience, I specialise in personalised treatment plans to collaboratively help you achieve your goals, whether that’s stopping smoking, overcoming fears, building self-confidence, processing grief, and managing anxiety.

What is Hypnotherapy and how does it work?
Hypnotherapy gently connects with your subconscious, unblocking limiting beliefs and reinforcing positive change. By guiding your conscious mind into relaxation, we can uncover underlying blocks and reshape them through positive suggestion and metaphor.
What does it feel like?
​Hypnosis feels like daydreaming, that feeling that might be referred to as 'away with the fairies' or 'miles away'. Drifting gently into a calm, focused state where your inner thoughts come into clarity.
Where do the sessions take place?
I am based in Eastbourne, where I provide a calm, private setting for hypnotherapy. I also offer online sessions, making support accessible wherever you are.
